I'd echo D's comments; I own it, and love it...watched it a couple of times, but it's been a while (of course, these things are usu only good for a couple of views...as opposed to Festival Express which with all the live footage, I've watched many times).

Bottom line: rent or buy!

It is worth watching as Tell says once in a while. Classic Albums was shown as a series about individual albums on the BBC over here. I can't remember all of them now, but I think they included 'Rumours', 'Bat out of hell' 'DSOTM' amongst them.

The Dead rather subverted the format as their episode was meant to be about American Beauty, but they twisted the arm of the production company into letting them have an hour or so to show their development and history up to that album.
